Clinic Policies

Medical Emergency: If you are having urgent medical concern, please contact your PCP, go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Department, or call 911.

Cancellation: A credit card is required to book your appointment. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $150 for new visits and $100 for follow-up visits, charged to the card on file.

Payment: I do not accept or bill insurance. Payment is due in full at time of service. Fees do not cover lab testing. A receipt of payment or superbill may be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

PCP: All patients are required to be established with a primary care provider. AK Wellness is a functional medicine clinic and does not act as a primary care clinic.

At your next appointment, we’ll take a closer look at your health history, patterns, and symptoms—and begin connecting what’s been missed. Some lab tests may be suggested at this visit.
